Spinks Technologies was hired by Apple Inc. in Sacramento California to develop systems interfaces between a web based Global Tracking and Trace Application and SAP to move products including the iPad from China manufacturing facilities to North America and South America distribution centers via Ocean Transport.
AT&T hired Spinks Technologies to gather, define, and develop a solution to take large invoice files for customers and send them electronically via secure FTP to customers via EDI. We worked with a nationwide team to define business requirements, develop system architectural plans via VISIO, develop project plans, and manage getting large data sets from AMDOCS, break these files into smaller chunks, convert the files to EDI or XML formats based upon the customer routing rules, and deliver the invoice to the customer via secure FTP protocol.
Transcore hired Spinks Technologies to design and develop the interfaces for their flagship Global Visibility Platform software used to track railcar shipments and present status tracking via the web. We developed architectural diagrams of as is system models and to be system diagrams for our proposed solution architecture for the next generation system. The system allows shipper to global visibility of their data and takes railcar standard data and EDI data, converts it to XML and feeds it to/from the .Net GVP application.
Spinks Technologies was hired by SEGA Soft in Redwood Shores, California to design and develop software solutions architecture that allowed consumers to order game products via the web using Open Market store software, take the order and convert it to an EDI order and send it down to Technicolor who would then fulfill the order and ship it to the customer along with retail orders. We worked alongside and closely with KPMG to develop the architecture and the all system interfaces from the store to the fulfillment center and all the way to the big box retailer.
Spinks Technologies won a contract as a subcontractor to Titan Systems to provide systems engineering services and software development services to The Space and Naval Warfare Command.
Spinks Technologies formed a joint venture with Lockheed Martin/Eagle Group International to serve as a contract PMO (Program Management Office) of technology to grow Eagle Group’s technological service provider business. We identified and targeted Federal Business Opportunities that were technical software integration projects, responded to RFP’s and wrote complex technical proposals to win business. We helped Eagle Group grow revenues and were directly responsible for developing over $25,000,000 in contract awards with the United States Army and Department of Defense.
